the grand architecture

At Carr, we always do a deep dive into the context of the site and what makes it unique. We were very excited about the site’s large nationally heritage-listed tree, with its 15 metre-wide canopy and its position high on the hill. They influenced the building’s form and mass, designed to maximise apartments and establish outlooks.
